Here's some of the other things you can look forward to Data analytics, checks, controls and calculations: Work magic with payroll data, helping ensure accuracy in calculations and timely payments; right first time, on-time, every time. Calculate and check overtime, ad hoc payments, and allowances for various business areas. Submit accurate deductions, including private mileage, union fees, and more Curiosity and standard methodology: Build and maintain a knowledge base of regulations, company principles, and standard processes Tech minded: Where required, collaborate with payroll vendors, Digital and HRIS teams to enhance our use of technology for efficient HR, absence, and payroll processes Onboarding and payroll management: Check and prepare data for new starters, changes, and leavers and paperwork with precision Compliance champion: Conduct HR and payroll audits, controls, and analysis to support compliance and data accuracy Communication and collaboration: Provide professional, accurate, and timely correspondence with external and internal partners. What should you bring to be successful in this role Data/Tech savvy: Advanced MS Excel skills are critical - show us your spreadsheet prowess Experience with payroll, HR and absence management software is advantageous Detail and organisation orientated: Happy working with numbers in large volumes, with multiple data sources, showing a high level of attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills Collaborative and communication: Thrive independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
