Help us build a greener future!Connexus is looking for a Sustainability Lead to drive our environmental and decarbonisation goals. You’ll lead initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and achieve key targets like EPC C by 2030 and net zero by you’ll do: Develop and deliver sustainability strategies and projects Embed green principles into asset management and procurement Secure funding and partnerships for energy efficiency improvements Monitor KPIs and report progress on sustainability goalsWhat we’re looking for: Strong knowledge of sustainability, renewable energy, and decarbonisation Experience in project delivery and stakeholder engagement Degree in Sustainability or Environmental Management (ISEP desirable)Shortlisting date: 29 January 2026Interview date: 05 February 2026About ConnexusConnexus is a rural housing association with its heritage in Shropshire and Herefordshire, providing good quality, affordable and safe homes that customers are proud to live in.
