Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager in the Property & Construction team, you will:
* Manage a portfolio of clients across the property, real estate, and construction sectors
* Deliver high‑quality audit services while ensuring excellent client relationships
* Plan, control, and review audit work to ensure efficient job completion
* Lead client meetings, including pre‑audit discussions and planning sessions
* Prepare and monitor assignment budgets to ensure profitability
* Allocate work to trainees and provide a breadth of development opportunities
* Conduct appraisals, sign off training records, and support junior team progression
* Complete post‑audit reviews and provide constructive feedback
* Identify opportunities for additional advisory services
* Support business development through networking and client referrals
* Contribute to ad‑hoc projects, compliance work, and value‑added assignments
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from auditors with:
* ACA/ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
* Proven experience at Audit Manager level within UK practice
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS 102 and ideally IFRS
* The right to work in the UK (unfortunately sponsorship cannot be offered)
* Previous experience with property, construction, or real estate clients
