Key Responsibilities Take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated trading agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, GMRAs, MRAs, and other derivative or securities financing documentation. Maintain alignment with evolving financial regulations and internal risk frameworks, ensuring every document meets current industry standards. Liaise directly with global clients and counterparties to drive negotiations to completion, resolve challenges efficiently, and build long-term, trusted relationships. Recognise and address potential legal, operational, or commercial risks, escalating matters when necessary to safeguard client and organisational interests. Maintain meticulous records of negotiation progress, share expertise within the team, and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and knowledge management across the business. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience negotiating financial or legal documentation within a financial institution or legal services setting. Knowledge of ISDA, GMRA, MRA, or MSFTA documentation. Solid grasp of contractual and market principles related to trading documentation. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with confidence in client-facing roles. Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Degree in Law, Finance, STEM, or another analytical field. What's on Offer?
