Responsible for both automated and manual warehouse operations at Swindon. This is an in-house facility with an annual throughput of 45 million pieces and an operational budget of £19m. Warehouse footprint of 350,000 sq.
You will
* Manage the Change Process throughout the introduction of leading edge PTL (pick to light) system.
* Redefine senior management operational working practices to enable greater flexibility.
Introduced new site practices between management and union which led to major improvements in on-site relationships and reduction of IR issues.
Deliver budget within change environment and changing retail demands.
