* Working pattern: Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm or 8:30am- 5pm or 9:30am- 6pm) Overtime one in three Saturday’s rota (9am -1pm)
My client is looking for a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service and a desire to make a positive impact on customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for theircustomers, providing support and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
* Sell policies for a variety of client companies
* Maximise inbound sales opportunities
* Identify and respond to the needs of customers
* Resolving queries
* Understand the client’s needs
* Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic and efficient manner.
* Able to navigate around basic computer applications.
* Update and use inhouse data base
* Follow process and procedure
* Ability to follow a script accurately and compliantly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Customer support experience
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* A positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
