Responsibilities:
* Execute the company’s global sales plan and achieve regional sales targets.
* Identify and develop new overseas B2B channels, including distributors, retailers, e-commerce, and brand partners.
* Negotiate and manage sales contracts, ensuring smooth order execution.
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide localized sales strategies.
* Work with marketing and product teams to plan and execute overseas campaigns, toy fairs, and limited launches.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 3–6 years of international B2B sales experience.
* Experience in toys, collectibles, IP licensing, or creative consumer products preferred.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills; familiar with distributor management.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
* Passion for toy culture, art, and pop collectibles.
