In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients regarding their financial situations, helping them navigate debt management options. Your ability to analyse financial data and communicate effectively will be crucial in assisting clients to achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, and outstanding debts. Provide tailored advice on debt management strategies and solutions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry into accounting software. Utilise strong phone etiquette to communicate with clients professionally and empathetically. Assist in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote our services. Manage accounts payable processes as needed, ensuring timely payments and record keeping. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is a plus.
