Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Management Consultant/Senior Manager to lead on our Digital Core advisory and transformation projects with SAP S/4 HANA. This role requires a solid track record of business consulting engagements and end‑to‑end business transformation delivery for clients. Industry expertise in CPRD, MALS or Utilities sectors is also essential.
Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and engage Capgemini Invent resources to deliver value to clients.
* Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and recommend short and/or long‑term value creation.
* Ensure the quality of work, delivering distinctive impact and tangible results.
* Scope and envision future business models, build case for change, design and build S/4 HANA‑enabled transformation, and support roll‑out and adoption.
* Contribute to business development: leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and hosting at events.
* Internal contribution: campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, offering development.
* Learning and development: training, certifications, skill development.
* Identify and create business opportunities across client accounts, respond to RFPs/RFIs, broaden footprint in existing relationships.
* Develop and collate intellectual capital, create knowledge initiatives that strengthen Capgemini Invent’s external reputation.
* Generate approximately £1 million in consulting revenues through active business development.
Core Competencies
* Proven ability to succeed in a matrix organisation and enlist support from peers.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
* Background in a major consulting firm or industry with consulting experience.
* Proven SAP S/4 HANA programme/project management with a focus on business transformation.
* Capable of entrepreneurial mindset and communication with client executives about SAP technologies.
