 
        Events Coordinator Administrator - Temporary - Poole -up to 14.50ph A proactive and well-organised Events Coordinator Administrator is required for a 3-month temporary contract based in Poole. This role supports the planning and delivery of a range of events and programmes, providing key administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth coordination and delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, schedules, and event timelines, taking minutes and distributing actions. Support financial administration including processing invoices and managing freelance payments. Maintain and update databases, mailing lists, and participant records. Oversee DBS checks, ID cards, and compliance documentation. Assist with event logistics including venue liaison, documentation, and onsite support. Create and distribute event communications and gather post-event feedback. Skills & Experience Previous administrative or event coordination experience. Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
