We are looking for a new Store Manager to lead our store at Braintree Village on a temporary basis to cover long-term sickness. This is a temporary full-time position, working a 40 hours per week contract.

Pay, Hours & Benefits for our Store Manager
* Up to £32,000 per annum

Day-to-Day Responsibilities as our Store Manager
* Drive store performance by making sound commercial decisions, liaising with area managers and head office to ensure the right products are available to maximize sales
* Lead your team to create a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on products to deliver excellent customer service
* Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach your full potential
* Be self-aware, willing to question, learn, and take responsibility for your store's performance
