She is very outgoing, loves having a good chat and being out and about with her family and care team. The role includes providing personal and clinical care at home and at school. You will be accompanying her to and from school during term time in a taxi, and engaging her in outdoor activities on weekends and holidays. She also requires overnight care, with monitoring and repositioning to help her feel comfortable and supported for a restful night’s sleep.
