RedSeven is expanding, and we’re looking for a proactive Event Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team in Bristol. This role is about being the spark that brings a campaign to life, the voice that connects a brand to its audience, and the energy that keeps the crowd engaged.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Your day will be spent out in the field, where real conversations happen. You’ll be hands-on at live event locations: setting up branded displays, creating genuine connections with customers, and helping them discover services or products that meet their needs, all in real time.
This role blends elements of customer engagement, live marketing, and direct sales, giving you the space to grow into a confident communicator, trusted brand ambassador, and high-earning professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the friendly face representing trusted brands at live event sites across Bristol
* Start meaningful conversations with the public and showcase product benefits
* Support customer sign-ups or purchases on the spot with clarity and confidence
* Help set up and pack down event spaces – you're part of the crew, not just the sales team
* Keep the energy high and the atmosphere welcoming
* Collaborate with team members to reflect on what worked and what can be better next time
