Temporary Leasing Support – Manchester – £15 to £18 Per Hour DOE
My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, is currently seeking a customer service professional on a temporary basis to provide onsite lettings support for a build-to-rent residential development in Manchester. The contract is rolling until September.
This role suits a confident, well-spoken individual capable of providing viewing and inventory support, as well as lettings administration.
Property experience is preferred but not essential; experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration is also considered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate systems for all lettings and rental data
* Ensure the presentation of available apartments is maintained through regular checks and liaising with the cleaning team
* Meet prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate rental offers
* Complete applicant vetting and new let paperwork
* Assist with inventories and general lettings administration
* Prepare arrival packs and ensure keys are ready for tenant move-ins
* Foster a community atmosphere through communication, events, and innovations as part of the wider site team
* Provide excellent customer service to residents and applicants

Salary: £15 to £18 per hour, depending on experience
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with flexibility (approximately 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm)
