Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of online marketing strategies and be adept in managing various e-commerce platforms. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and project management capabilities to enhance our online presence and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
* Manage product listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
* Conduct keyword research and optimise product pages for SEO to enhance visibility in search engines.
* Utilise Google Ads and other digital marketing tools to create targeted advertising campaigns.
* Analyse website performance using Google Analytics, providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
* Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and website copy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
* Oversee project management tasks related to e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
* Utilise Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement of product visuals.
* Maintain an organised approach to time management and prioritisation of tasks.

Requirements

* Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
* Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), and WordPress.
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement.
* Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for B2B marketing.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing projects or teams effectively.
