Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Grantown-On-Spey, with some flexibility for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files. The role will require providing executive support, assisting with clerical duties, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also involves handling phone calls with professionalism and providing general office support to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and effective Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
Strong Clerical Skills, including document organization, record-keeping, and handling administrative tasks.
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
Experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role is preferred, but not required.
