From the beginning, our dream has been to help people lead creative lives by providing tools to make their do-it-yourself projects beautiful, fun, and easy. When we built our first smart cutting machine, we saw the potential for a simple yet powerful tool to completely transform the way people think about making.
To further support this mission, we are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Senior Sales & Channel Marketing Manager to lead our efforts across the UK and Ireland. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for accelerating revenue growth, driving retail sell-through, and enhancing the visibility of our product portfolio across a wide range of retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a commercially focused sales and channel marketing strategy for the UK & Ireland.
* Drive growth across all key product categories, ensuring all revenue and sell-through KPIs are met or exceeded.
* Identify, onboard, and grow new retail partnerships; deepen engagement with existing key accounts.
* Personally manage a portfolio of high-value retail customers across both online and offline channels.
* Lead and coach a small high-performing team (1x Sales Executive, 1x Marketing Manager), fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including central marketing, operations, and pricing to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.
* Oversee and optimize retail marketing investments (in-store and digital), ensuring strong brand visibility and ROI.
* Monitor competitive activity, category trends, and shopper insights to inform tactics and long-term planning.
* Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, recommending course corrections as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in sales, channel marketing, or trade marketing roles, ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands, creative tools, or tech.
* Proven experience managing key UK retail accounts (e.g., Argos, Currys, John Lewis, Hobbycraft).
* Strong understanding of UK and Ireland retail and e-commerce environments, with a clear track record of delivering growth.
* Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a small team.
* Solid experience in retail marketing execution, including campaign planning, in-store merchandising, and online activations.
* Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and translating insight into commercial action.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong project and time management abilities; comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
