About The Role We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Turner / Programmer / Supervisor to join our machine shop based in Clay Cross, Chesterfield. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a CNC vertical lathe, supporting programming across multiple machines, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of machine operators. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
