As a Maths ECT, you will:
* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3–KS5, with strong support from colleagues
* Work proactively within a team to ensure all students are making academic progress
* Show confidence in managing behaviour and upholding a culture of respect and ambition
* Collaborate with SEND specialists and adapt lessons to meet a variety of learning needs
* Engage with parents and carers, using your strong communication skills to support student outcomes
* Follow the curriculum effectively while using creativity to enhance student engagement
* Aspire to progress into middle or senior leadership roles within the school
What we’re looking for in a Maths ECT:
* A 1:1 Maths Degree from a top 20 UK University
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting a diverse student cohort
* A team player who is flexible, creative, and proactive in the classroom
