About the role We are seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Area Sales & Development Manager (ASDM) to play a pivotal role in strengthening telesales quality, compliance governance, and partner performance across our growing Energy Sales channels. This role supports operational excellence, drives continuous improvement, and ensures our telesales environment meets the highest standards of customer experience, regulatory compliance, and sales integrity. This is a strategic position created to enhance the effectiveness of our Quality & Compliance structure, supporting expanded responsibilities such as advanced data analytics, compliance controls, fraud mitigation and oversight of both onshore and offshore partners. What you’ll be doing Lead quality governance across multiple telesales partners, ensuring adherence to regulatory, internal, and operational compliance standards. Oversee call listening, quality audits, rescore processes and corrective action management. Drive uplift in key metrics Provide expert guidance to partner leadership teams, coaching and developing them to deliver consistent quality and compliant sales results. Support weekly governance activity, including action tracking, performance risk identification and supporting sales leaders with insights for improvement. Utilise advanced data analysis to identify risks, performance trends and areas for focused improvement. Produce and present insights that influence decision‑making and strategic direction Strengthen compliance frameworks, lead fraud control activity and work with cross‑functional teams to enhance controls across channels. Support the development and roll‑out of AI‑driven compliance and CCAi enhancements. Work closely with stakeholders to uplift capability, refine scripting, simplify processes and support partner onboarding. Key skills & Experience Proven background in telesales, sales quality, compliance, or partner‑performance management. Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret, analyse and present insights meaningfully. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers at all levels. Experience working with multi‑site or multi‑partner telesales operations (UK and offshore preferred). Ability to manage complex priorities and drive accountability across diverse teams.
