About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a busy temp desk, supplying high-quality healthcare professionals across Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing temporary staff while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary healthcare staff
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of healthcare roles
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships across Northern Ireland
4. Coordinate placements and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
5. Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel
6. Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets
Requirements
7. Proven recruitment experience (essential)
8. Strong knowledge of temporary staffing processes
9. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
10. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
