Junior Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid working 2 days a week in Worthing office
Perm/FTC: Fixed term contract- 9 months
Hours: 37 hrs
Salary: Up to £35,000 based on experience
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to support on one of our exciting new projects and provide a best-in-class recruitment service shaping ongoing recruitment strategy, in a specific business area, in line with workforce planning and market demands.
As Part Of This Role You Will Be
* Managing oversight of all vacancies and recruitment in a specific project area
* CV Screening
* Writing job adverts
* Candidate communication
* Pre-employment & RTW (obtain and ensure they are fit for purpose)
* Ensure correct information is held ready for Offer documentation.
* Head hunting for hard to fill roles using tools such as Linked In
* Understanding current and future recruitment requirements of business area, formulating strategies to attract talent by consulting with the business leaders in that area.
* Support on Assessment days
* Proactively identify pools of talent and coordinate ongoing communication with these talent pools in-line with the employer brand principles and workforce planning demands.
* Support and engage with our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and activities. All employees should demonstrate positive, inclusive behaviours to build an environment where our people feel they belong.
* Attending careers fairs or other external events to promote recruitment for Southern Water
To be considered for this role you will have previous recruitment experience ideally within an operational environment, be comfortable working with ATS systems and excellent communication skills with varying levels of Stakeholder Seniority as well as candidate experience.
