Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights - 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Join Müller Milk & Ingredients as a Shift Manager and take ownership of a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These newly created positions offer full autonomy, end-to-end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.
* Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.
* Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.
* Make real-time decisions using PDCA and "go, look, see" techniques.
* Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.
* Strong coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
* Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
* Passion for developing people and driving change.
