The Role
As a Majestic Trainee Manager, you will participate in a 12-month development program designed to give you comprehensive operational, service, and leadership experience, preparing you for future store management roles. You will follow a structured career pathway training program with support from your Store Manager to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will act as an ambassador for your store, supporting the team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
* Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and improving KPIs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Offer personalized VIP concierge services, keeping customers informed about products and tastings.
* Promote our products passionately, managing tasting events and counters.
* Maintain and expand your wine knowledge to support your WSET qualifications and sales confidence.
* Ensure the store’s appearance and maintenance are up to standard internally and externally.
* Engage in operational tasks such as stock deliveries, merchandising, and customer outreach to boost sales.
* Identify and implement operational improvements.
* Follow all safety, legal, and internal policies and complete mandatory training.
* Take ownership of your personal development and support junior team members.
Knowledge & Skills Required
* Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments, with a focus on customer service.
* Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
* Willingness to learn about wines and pursue WSET qualifications.
* Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving license for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
