Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Health and Social Care Lecturer to deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to students across a range of levels. The successful candidate will inspire learners, support their academic progress, and contribute to curriculum development within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Health and Social Care subjects.
Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support learning.
Develop and update teaching materials and schemes of work.
Support students with academic and pastoral guidance.
Contribute to course development and quality assurance processes.
Stay current with industry developments and integrate relevant content into teaching.
Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Requirements:
A relevant degree or professional qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field.
Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student success and inclusive education.
