Main Responsibilities
* Provide skincare expertise through demonstrations and facials.
* Educate customers on Shiseido’s products and establish authority in makeup.
* Drive sales and create engaging activities on the counter.
* Work proactively to meet targets, contributing to team goals.
Profile
* Retail makeup artistry experience.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
