Overview
Associate Electrical Design Engineer - D&B Contractor, City of London, UK. Up to 90,000 + 5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Paid + Bonus (Up to 10%).
The Opportunity
* Leadership Role - The design department currently consists of 16 engineers, with plans to expand to 20 this year. The successful candidate will manage and develop the electrical team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the electrical design team, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
* Oversee the design and delivery of major commercial office and data centre projects.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop the team to uphold high design standards.
* Based primarily in the London office (5 days per week), with 2 days per month working from home.
Candidate Requirements
* Extensive experience in electrical design for major commercial and/or data centre projects.
* Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and developing teams.
* Strong knowledge of design software and industry regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while liaising effectively with key stakeholders.
* This is a critical leadership position within a growing company, offering the chance to work on some of the most prestigious projects in the industry.
