What we’re looking for
* Relevant Level 3 plumbing qualification
* Real‑world industry experience
* Experience mentoring, training apprentices or a passion for passing on knowledge to others
* Ability and willingness to plan and deliver innovative plumbing lessons that keep students engaged
* Ability to track, assess and support student progress, planning interventions to help every learner succeed
* Professionalism and high standards in all environments
Salary: There are two salary scale points for lecturer positions. All candidates start at the introductory salary scale; Lecturers normally move to the highest scale after completing one full academic year of teaching, provided they are in post by 1 Sept each year and subject to approval. Internal applicants in the same role may qualify for the higher scale.
