Sales Director (Tech & Telecoms Events) – Transformational Leadership Role
Up to £100,000 basic + £170,000 OTE + excellent benefits & uncapped overage

We’re seeking a Sales Director to lead a strategic shift from transactional sponsorship sales to a value-driven, consultative model within the technology and telecoms sector. With direct influence on a multi-million revenue portfolio, you’ll be part of a senior leadership team tasked with elevating client ROI, delivering tailored solutions, and unlocking growth in a restructured portfolio of high-value events.
This is a player–manager role: as well as leading and inspiring a team of seven through cultural and operational transformation, you will also manage and grow a select portfolio of your own key accounts. Data-driven, emotionally intelligent, and commercially sharp, you’ll know how to move the client conversation from features and packages to long-term strategic partnerships.

Requirements:
* Proven track record leading consultative B2B sales teams
* Experience within technology and telecoms markets strongly preferred
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and emotional intelligence
* Experience in transforming legacy sales cultures into modern, value-led teams
* Adept at stakeholder management and driving sustainable growth through insight
* Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with direct client management
