The Role
As a field based Business Development Manager, youll be the face of this prestigious brand, creating new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships with luxury hotels, spas and hospitality groups. Key Responsibilities
Source and secure new business opportunities across the South East region
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in the hospitality and spa industries
Present product ranges, emphasizing design, craftsmanship, and quality
Lead commercial discussions including pricing and contract terms
Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, and operations) to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events
About You
Strong track record in business development and account management
Experience of selling physical products into hotels or spas
Good understanding of the hospitality supply chain
Confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
