We are hiring for aCustomer Service Representative! Key responsibilities would include the following: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional andtimelymanner. Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance. Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records. Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel witha high levelof accuracy. Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Work independently with minimal supervision,demonstratinginitiative and ownership of tasks. You will need a keen eye for detail,aswell as aproblem-solvinghead to ensure all issues/queries are dealt within a timely manner. Previouscustomerserviceexperience is preferred.
