We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Group as a Carpenter/Joiner, working within our Horbury Property Services team, on sites across the region.
The main duties and responsibilities within this role will be:
* Carrying out maintenance works to fire doors and fire compartmentation (e.g. fire rated cupboards) as directed.
* Installing the fire door sets.
* Recording all completed or surveyed work on mobile/tablet applications.
* Working cohesively with other site trades and internal group companies.
* Ensuring all installations maintain an efficient use of materials and maintaining van stock.
* Attending site and company meetings, inductions, toolbox talks and training.
* Adhering to all Heath, Safety and Environmental processes and procedures.
* Maintaining a friendly and customer focused approach.

Skills and experience required:
* CSCS card (blue or above).
* FIRAS accredited (desirable).
* General Joinery, fire door installation and maintenance skills.
* Experience in social housing, repairs and maintenance works within a live environment.
* Drivers Licence.
