As a Team Leader you will:
* Support and manage a team of Support Workers
* Oversee client review visits
* Lead and develop key areas of the service, for example medication and Equality & Diversity
* Be the first point of contact for Support Workers for advice, including at evenings and weekends.
We are looking to invest in talented individuals who want to connect with people. Experience in communicating with clients and professionals, accurately recording information, and working in a fast-paced environment will stand you in good stead for the position of Team Leader. Experience in care, however, is not essential.
