This role will suit an experienced construction lawyer keen to take on an interim Head of Legal role for our client, a company that specialises in large-scale complex projects through direct delivery capability, technical and engineering expertise.
Managing a small legal team and reporting to the board, this is a great opportunity to support for an initial term of two months, with the scope to extend. Experience with the JCT suite of contracts is essential, and you will be the key point of contact for all legal matters across the business, with the main focus being construction, both contentious and non-contentious. Start date is mid/late November, with a hybrid working pattern.
