Care Assistant (Bank) – provide high quality personal, social and physical care to residents at Ashlynn Grange Care Home, a 153‑bed facility with exceptional service and engaging activities.

Ashlynn Grange is an exceptional 153‑bed care home in Peterborough featuring surrounding gardens, a newly refurbished café, a full programme of activities and live performances on an outdoor stage.
About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Care Assistant will deliver high quality care at all times, attending to the specific needs of each resident and participating in meaningful activities where possible.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care.
* Assist residents during meal times ensuring suitable meals.
* Participate in all activities provided within the home to promote person‑centred care.
* Attend and complete all statutory, mandatory and developmental training and qualifications.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
* Genuine passion for care – put the needs of residents first.
* Experience in a Care position and NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 Diplomas in Health & Social Care is highly desirable; we support attainment of all required qualifications.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
