A Bit About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our UK & Ireland teams as part of our Marketing Growth team. This is a hybrid role where the successful candidate will be expected to work from our office in White City, London, three times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

As a direct-to-consumer e‑commerce business, we prioritise driving growth through our digital marketing endeavours. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the leading fresh dog food company in the UK, maintaining a strong growth trajectory over the next five years.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you’ll spearhead the execution of top‑notch campaigns and optimise our paid and organic digital channels. Your role also involves shaping our forward‑looking marketing strategy.

You’ll manage a defined budget and your efforts will span various objectives aimed at expanding our customer base, from acquiring new customers and boosting brand awareness to enhancing customer value and retention.

Being part of a broader marketing team will give you exposure to diverse initiatives, offering a comprehensive perspective on how digital marketing fuels business growth. Additionally, you’ll influence our digital product roadmap to align with our growth objectives.


What You Can Expect to Do

* Manage and develop two squad members responsible for campaign execution across paid digital media, affiliates, and SEO.
* Steer investment to secure the highest possible return.
* Oversee the reporting and evaluation of digital marketing efforts and share insights with the wider company and leadership team.
* Work with the Digital Product team to drive improvements to our digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop and optimise assets for performance.
* Propose, devise, and develop our digital marketing strategies and testing roadmap.
* Share insights, best practices, and test results with our international teams.
* Collaborate with the Brand team on tests aimed at accelerating growth from the top of the funnel.
* Assist in the development and execution of new market launches.


About You

* Hands‑on expert in paid search, paid social, and SEO, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
* Solid digital marketing experience managing annual budgets above £5m in a direct‑to‑consumer or e‑commerce environment.
* Proficient in optimising campaigns toward direct performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
* Proven track record of growing brands and managing teams.
* Target‑driven, passionate about digital marketing, and constantly looking to learn and outperform.
* Highly investigative mindset focused on turning insight into action.
* Strong reporting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Versatile, eager to learn new skills, and open to emerging trends.
* Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, capable of explaining complex information in a digestible way.

Our Interview Process

* Application review
* Initial call (45 minutes): Introductory chat with our Talent Partner.
* Take‑home task to assess technical skills.
* Technical interview (60 minutes) — remote call to dive deeper into your experience.
* In‑person values interview (60 minutes) at our White City office, covering values‑based questions.


Logistics

* Team works 3 days per week from our West London office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days from home — non‑negotiable.
* Applicants must be within a reasonable London commute.
* We reserve the right to close the position if we receive a large volume of applications.
