Job Description
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Cambuslang
Pay Rate: 13.75 per hour - Backshift
Shifts: Ongoing Backshift - Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm, and Friday, 2pm-6pm
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, groundwork, trades assistance, or a similar hands on environment. You will be working with various materials, operating hand and power tools, and supporting the assembly/fabrication of construction components. Full training on all tools and processes will be provided.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, labouring, or a similar physical work environment
* Confident using or learning to use hand and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to work safely and meet daily targets
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
* Good organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent timekeeping and attendance
