We are recruiting for an experienced Part Time Administrator to join a company on a job share. A busy and growing engineering company that offer a friendly and busy environment. The hours are 9-5 Thursday and Fridays with occasional holiday cover. This role will suit an experienced administrator with experience of using MS Office applications. What’s in it for you? * Salary: £14.00 per hour * Hours: 9-5pm Thursdays and Fridays * Free parking. * Pension * 20 days holiday bank holidays (prorated) * Christmas close down * Busy and varied role * Friendly environment Key responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the partners ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. * Manage ‘phone communications with clients and customers. * Maintain and organise, office files, both physical and electronic * Assist in book-keeping tasks including invoicing and time cost recording * Handle clerical duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents * Support the organisation of meetings and events What the employer is looking for: * Experience within office administration * Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. * Excellent ‘phone etiquette and communication skills. * Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Competent in general office procedures and clerical tasks. * Proficient in using computer systems.
