Applications are invited from candidates with experience in: Customer Services / Order Processor / Sales / Internal Sales / Sales Manager / Account Management / Telesales / Sales Coordination / Sales Executive / Office Manager / Telemarketing Salary: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour Start Date : ASAP, Temp, Temp to Perm without legal obligation Location: NN2 Hours of work: Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs and Fri 08.30 - 14.00,30 min break so 25 hours a week. You must be flexible to occasionally cover annual leave and sickness, within reason. No negotiation on hours or days of work. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Inbound and outbound telephone liaison to receive and chase sales orders for electrical goods Calling new companies and responding to online enquiries, updating stock lists - Sales and telemarketing activities and lead generation Advising customers of delivery times and of collections of faulty goods, arranging and booking with transport teams Quoting to new and existing customers Placing orders for goods with suppliers and maximizing profitability Handling telephone and email sales enquiries.
