Job Duties:
1. Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for nursery-aged children
2. Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
3. Assess and monitor children's progress
4. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
5. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
7. Experience working with nursery-aged children
8. Enhanced DBS clearance
Education:
9. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
10. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
11. Understanding of early childhood development
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education
15. First Aid certification
