Key responsibilities:
* Make customer Service, MOT, and repair bookings for Porsche Customers
* Provide support to customers with their enquiries to make accurate bookings and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience
* Keep customer notes up to date including future booking dates, customer details and vehicle details
* Communicate offers clearly with details of the benefits to customers
* Follow up on customer enquiries with the Aftersales departments
Our team will be based at the new purpose-built Porsche Centre in Newport.
