Our theatre team cover a wide variety of specialties including Ortho, Bariatric, General, Gyane, ENT, Urology, Plastics, Ophthalmics, Spinal.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Assist in scrubbing for Consultant led orthopaedic surgeries that vary in complexity.
2. You will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
3. Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway, perioperative risks and their wellbeing.
Who we're looking for
4. Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
5. Experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision
6. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, however we offer award winning training and CPD
7. HCPC or NMC registration
8. At least 2 years ortho scrub experience
9. You must be passionate and driven and be able to demonstrate your dynamic thinking
10. Completed SFA training would be an advantage, however we are able to offer this as part of your career progression
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday - Saturday, no nights. Shifts between 7.30am – 8pm.
