Who You Are A dedicated and experienced SEND Professional capable of working on an interim basis to support schools in providing a better educational experience for neurodiverse children. You will be working closely with Baltimore Consulting Ltd to deliver specialized services in London Borough of Hillingdon, Harrow, and Brent. What the Job Involves Delivering Domains 5 and 6 of the PINS (Partnership In Neurodiversity in Schools) Pilot 2 in accordance with the PINS Menu of Support: Domain 5: The Sensory and Physical Environment Supporting schools to optimize the sensory and physical environments to enhance the learning experiences of neurodiverse children. Conducting sensory and physical environmental audits in schools. Domain 6: The Language Environment Helping schools understand how classroom language can support neurodiverse learning. Conducting school language and professional audits that include parent, carer, and pupil feedback. Skills Strong understanding of neurodiversity in educational settings Experience in conducting environmental and language audits Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical skills
