Job Title: Bank Children's Complex Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our bank team as Children's Complex Care Assistants
At YorHealth, we provide a nurse-led complex care service for children and adults in the community, which includes 24-hour care. Our complex care assistants accompany clients to nursery, school, and hospital when required. Our clients have a range of complex health needs, and we prioritise them in all decision-making processes. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
We are seeking someone who is:
* Warm, friendly, and passionate about the wellbeing of young people, with a caring and patient disposition.
* Experienced supporting children with epilepsy is preferrable
* Holding an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant field is desirable.
* Willing to travel as required (advantageous).
