Job Description
Duties
* Understand the client’s network and what practices are used to capture it on ESRI
* Develop detailed project plans including timelines and resource allocation and communicate this with stakeholders
* Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to ensure timely delivery
* Lead and mentor a GIS and data team
* Assign tasks, provide guidance and ensure team members have the resource to conduct their jobs effectively
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
* Ensure adherence to GIS and project standards and best practices
* Present Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Slides to clients
Requirements
* Proficient in the MS office suite
* Experience with Power BI is desirable
* Comfortable with collaborating with cross functional teams
* Have an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations and have experience in implementing quality improvement methodologies
* Organisation, time management, problem solving and attention to detail will come naturally to the right candidate
* Qualification in a GIS related field or experience in working with GIS or similar software is desirable
* Flexible and adaptable to change
* People Management Experience
* Comfortable presenting to senior management
