About this Role
Position: VP, Energized Services
Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Energized Services to oversee all field operations related to energized transmission projects and international electric power operations.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
* Establishing technical standards and procedures
* Developing estimates for large or complex projects
* Creating strategies, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures for Energized Services
* Resolving complex work planning and project execution issues
* Maintaining relationships with clients and partners
* Ensuring procedural compliance across operations
* Managing project controls, planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and quality reviews
* Developing operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives
* Setting objectives and identifying operational efficiencies
* Developing short-term and long-term plans with budgets and financial estimates
* Adhering to internal standards and policies
* Performing additional duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business
* 15+ years of related experience
* 5+ years of managerial experience
