What You'll Do
* Hands-on coding, developing and improving audit software solutions used across various projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with the latest auditing standards.
* Engage with emerging technologies such as data analytics, AI, and machine learning to create dynamic audit solutions.
* Take ownership of coding tasks and contribute to larger audit projects, delivering impactful results.
* Collaborate with the audit team to provide clients with insightful data analysis and software-driven audit results.
* Develop a diverse skill set, gaining exposure to different audit areas while working with specialists in data, risk and financial reporting.
* Use data and technology to spot trends, identify anomalies, and support findings.
* Keep learning and growing by staying up to date with regulations, developing professional judgement, and building relationships with mentors and experts across the firm.
* Study with support, with dedicated time to study and a team behind you as you work towards a professional qualification. Options include:
* ICAEW ACA Qualification (CFAB first 2 years, then ACA over the next 2.5 years)
* Digital & Technology Solutions Apprenticeship (Level 6)
* Level 4 Apprenticeship (18–24 months)
Duration ranges from 3 to 4.5 years, focused on digital and tech skills, with the option to choose between shorter routes such as Data Analyst or Applied Digital Technology (Data Analytics) or other similar qualifications. We’re open to exploring alternative qualifications or apprenticeships if relevant to the role.

What We Expect From You
As part of your training, you’ll receive study leave to complete your professional qualification. This is a substantial commitment and you’ll be required to study in your spare time outside of working hours. You’ll also be provided with study leave in the run-up to exams. You’ll need to be focused, committed and able to balance all requirements of a trainee.
