Sales Administrator
Location: Paisley.
Salary: £31,200 per annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 04:30pm.
Holiday entitlement: 33 days.
Free on-site parking.
We are looking for an organised and detail oriented Sales Administrator to join our clients friendly and supportive team based in Paisley. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a positive working environment where your contribution is valued and opportunities to develop are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and marking up customer orders accurately
- Checking orders to ensure all information is correct
- Handling customer telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Managing and responding to emails through the sales channel
- Printing orders, invoices, and other sales documentation
- Data entry and maintenance of customer and order records
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team
- Assisting with a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as required
About You
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling customer calls and email correspondence
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using computer systems and carrying out data entry work
- A proactive and positive approach to work
