The Role
Vospers are recruiting for a SMART Repair Technician to cover repairs at our Truro dealership.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
* Carrying out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
* Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of the repair as required.
* Work effectively and achieve Departmental targets
* Full use of PPE and adherence to health and safety requirements when carrying out repairs.
* Smart Repairer must adhere to manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs.
* Liaise with other internal colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamworking.
* Smart Repairer must ensure any administration or supporting documentation is produced in line with company process.
* Ensure efficient working by adhering to defined repair completion time
Qualifications/Skills
* Must have a valid UK driving licence
* You will have previous experience as a Smart Repairer or Multi Skilled Technician, or in a specialist Bodyshop productive role such as a Painter or MET Technician.
* An industry recognised qualification is a distinct advantage.
* You must be a strong team player with self-motivation.
* You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

40 hours a week - Monday to Friday
