Digital Project Manager (Agency | Web build, Integrations, App & Software Projects)
We're working with a rapidly growing digital agency that believes great work comes from curious minds, strong opinions, and people who aren't afraid to ask "why?"
They don't hire project managers to just keep the wheels turning. They hire them to lead, challenge, organise chaos, and make brilliant digital work actually happen. With a stack of new client wins, they're expanding and, we're on the hunt for an experienced Digital Project Manager who knows their way around complex builds and isn't scared of a timeline, a budget, or a tricky stakeholder.
If you love a plan, live for a well run stand-up, and secretly enjoy being the most organised person in the room… hello
What you'll be doing
Owning software, web, and app projects from "here's the idea" to "it's live and it's beautiful"
Managing the full delivery process: scoping, planning, delivery, launch, and post-release
Building strong, grown-up client relationships (the good kind, not the fire-fighting kind)
Creating and owning all the important stuff: scopes, SOWs, functional specs, budgets, and status reports
Talking confidently about process, CMS platforms, and integrations without breaking a sweat
Making sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard (yes, all three)
Running scoping sessions and project updates with key stakeholders
Translating complex requirements into something designers and developers actually want to work with
Facilitating stand ups, estimations, and planning sessions like a pro
Working closely with QA to keep quality high and surprises low
Managing project and retainer budgets, with clear monthly reporting
Understanding where digital marketing and SEO fit into the bigger picture
What we're looking for
3+ years' experience in Digital Project Management
Agency experience (you get the pace, the personalities, and the juggle)
A talent for turning "vague ideas" into clear, actionable briefs
A genuine passion for digital design and development
Strong skills in timelines, budgets, burn reports, and project financials
The ability to spot risks early and deal with them calmly (no drama, please)
Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities without losing the plot
Why this agency?
You'll be working alongside seriously good people, talented developers, designers, and project managers who care about their craft and each other. The culture is social but smart, ambitious but supportive, with a strong focus on growth and longevity aka: low churn, high standards
